“Jodie booked our family an all inclusive Summer Holiday in Corfu for 10 days and she was nothing short of amazing!
This was our first post Covid holiday so we were very keen for it to be amazing plus we’ve just survived A Levels and GCSEs so badly needed a break and some recovery! We had some concerns in the couple of weeks leading up to the holiday as there were strikes looming at Gatwick (which didn’t materialise thankfully) plus a lot of press coverage around the fires in Corfu and Rhodes. Jodie was constantly keeping us updated and checking with her contacts that it was safe to go and sending reassuring emails right up until we arrived.
When we arrived the hotel hadn’t quite got our rooms right, this was despite Jodie confirming and thankfully making sure we had the emails to back this up.
To be fair the hotel was at full capacity and has probably chanced their luck a little bit but as soon as I switched my wifi on there was a message from
Jodie to welcome us and say ‘I’m here if there are any issues’. We were raising the room issues with the resort from our end but she got straight onto her contact at the hotel and sorted it from her end. She was incredible and kept us updated while all the communication was happening. Rooms sorted really efficiently and her intervention definitely helped.
The resort, was wonderful and even after a slightly bumpy start it was everything we asked for. Spotless, very comfortable, great food, really attentive and we have a dairy and gluten intolerance amongst us and the hotel checked in with us every day to make sure we had a suitable meal prepared for that day. So amazing holiday and resort aside...Jodie was an absolute star and I would 100% use her wonderful services again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone else. She’s is patient, conscientious, accurate, knowledgeable, really listens to what you want and need and an absolute delight to work with. If I could give more stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“We normally arrange holidays in Europe ourselves but due to the more complex of this holiday involving 3 locations and numerous flights and transfers we decided to book through Jodie.
She was very helpful, tailoring a package that suited us down to the ground, any queries we had were promptly and efficiently dealt with. The real benefit of her support and expertise came into play when BA cancelled our Glasgow/London flight at exceedingly short notice, only offering alternative flights more than 24 hours later which would have meant we would have lost 2 days of our holiday and missed a family party.
